In this Small Group Coaching Session, we will:

• Identify what characteristics to look for in a good builder

• Look at how to best manage the tender process

• Understand how to manage the relationship between the client, builder and your trades

• Review tools to manage the project efficiently

• Look at ways to minimise and manage issues
