About The Event

Have you ever felt like you aren’t “good enough” to be running your business or to do the job you do? Do you sometimes believe you are pretending to be experienced or talented enough to service your clients, and that you may be found out?

If you experience self-doubt and run Imposter Syndrome as a business owner in the design and architecture industries, areas that you may experience running this pattern could be:

  • Pricing - questioning your worth around quoting for your services for a figure that reflects the level of work and expertise that you know the job will demand.
  • Capabilities - feeling conflicted around whether you’re fully competent to fulfill the brief you’ve been given.
  • Creativity - doubting that the ideas you’ve put forward are good enough/ unique enough.
  • Problem solving capabilities - not believing in your own potential to handle and navigate challenges on the job as and when they arise

In this Free Member Group Coaching session co-hosted by TDC Developmental coach Louise Walker, we will explore the "meaning" we make that creates these kinds of self-doubting inner-narratives, and look at how we have the power and potential to change thought patterns and how we then experience reality.

This live group coaching will be an invitation to join the conversation with courage and vulnerability, which is often not discussed openly. This session will look at how the self-doubt pattern of imposter syndrome is formed by the beliefs we hold about ourselves and our thinking patterns, conditioning and past experiences.

You will be empowered to see through old outdated thought structures and will be equipped with tactics to reframe your self-talk to one that supports, rather than sabotages you, allowing you to fully thrive in your business.

Louise has spent the past decade working as a developmental coach, facilitating the inner freedom of her clients through identifying what’s been holding them back.

Her style of intentionally disruptive coaching empowers her clients, encouraging a new awareness in their behaviour – reframing un-resourceful thinking and shifting old patterns in the process.

Having previously worked as the in-house coach for five-star health retreat, The Golden Door (now Elysia Wellness Retreat), Louise also now consults as a developmental coach for executives, leaders and entrepreneurs at: Select Wellness, The Coaching Room, New Beginnings, and Prism Performance.

Prior to pursuing her path as a coach and facilitator, Louise spent many years in the experiential marketing world.

Her role was to design and activate events to elicit emotional connections between brands and their target consumers. She’s created events, stunts and road shows for many businesses such as Google, Nintendo, 3 mobile, Abbotts Village Bakery.
