“Working with The Design Coach this year has been a game-changer.
My profit percentage has grown by 20%, my marketing positioning has strengthened - bringing in more of my ideal clients - and setting up tailored systems and processes, including my own CRM, has made it so much easier to manage more projects while feeling calm, organised, and in control.
All of this & we are still only half way though this years program!
Thank you Andrew, working with you has been truly life changing.”

Program Overview
The Group Coaching Program 2026 (GCP26) is designed to help you create meaningful, measurable change in your business.
Building on the success of this year’s program, the year ahead will combine structured learning with collaborative discussion and open exploration, tailored to the individual goals of each member.
The first half of the year will focus on clarity and direction. Together, we’ll define what success looks like for you in 2026 and develop a clear roadmap to get there.
The second half of the year will move into implementation and elevation. Through guided sessions, guest insights and peer accountability, you’ll strengthen your brand, streamline your operations and elevate your client experience.
Our Guest Contributors this year were absolutely stellar (see below), and we’re committed to connecting you with a similar group of industry leaders in 2026. These sessions provide genuine access to influential business operators and creative minds who generously share their knowledge and experience.
AI will continue to feature as part of the broader conversation. While I don’t claim to be an expert, I believe it’s essential that designers understand how to use this technology thoughtfully and with intention. Throughout the program, I’ll help you explore ways to integrate AI in the right contexts, ensuring that you provide the right information, background and tone of voice to achieve authentic results. The aim is to use these tools to enhance, not replace, your creativity and communication.
As always, my focus is on helping you build a business that is profitable, sustainable and enjoyable. One that reflects your values, supports your growth and allows you to do your best creative work.

Thomas Hamel is the author of the acclaimed book “Thomas Hamel, Residence” and is well known as one of Australia’s leading tastemakers. Born in Virginia, Hamel arrived in New York
during the 80's to study design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and continued his studies at the American College in London.
Afterward he worked at the world-renowned Parish-Hadley design studio where he was inspired to develop the underlying current of
timeless tradition in his design – keeping in touch with significant trends, but never
depending on fluctuating fashions or gimmickry to make a mark. He relocated to Sydney, Australia in 1991 to found his own design firm, becoming a fixture of the international design community since.
Inspired by regular travels around the world to gather inspiration and source objects of interest, Hamel collects and combines varied cultural influences in a fluid manner and has coined “cross-pollination” and “intelligent editing” as the driving forces behind his global design aesthetic.

About Me
Here’s one thing I know: I’m great at what I do. I get results.
I “show up” relentlessly for my coaching clients – physically, mentally and emotionally. I openly share what works for me, the mistakes I’ve made, and the lessons I’ve learned.
I’ve helped hundreds of business owners transform their business systems, giving these individuals the confidence necessary to win jobs that they have previously only dreamt about.
Here’s another thing I know. There are incredible opportunities out there for the people who are prepared to do the work and pull in the right people around them. I can connect you with these people.
I’m proud to say that I have created a beautiful supportive community. People who are shining examples of success in this industry. People who’ve become lifelong friends, who love giving back to our members.
GCP26 Design Retreat
It’s going to take a lot of focus and prioritisation but HANG ON! There’s going to be space for fun along the way…
As part of the program, we will plan an aspirational work-focused trip together. As a group, we’ll choose the location in Australia, make the plans and decide on the budget.
This group will also become your tribe for the year. We’ll plan social activities (online and in person) and get to know one another personally at the same time as supporting one another professionally.
As a group we'll decide on the itinerary, the accommodation, the dining experiences and (most importantly) the budget. This will be an optional element of the coaching program, so there will be no obligation to sign up until the plans are made and the costs are finalised.
