Service Description
This coaching is for those who are committed to investigating their patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour, in order to establish greater self-awareness, create new habits and re-frame thinking.
Cancellation Policy
Timeslots for coaching are limited to those available via the Online Booking system. These sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking your sessions up to 3 months in advance, considering your upcoming business and personal commitments (holidays, family commitments, etc). Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the allotted time, however, this is subject to the availability of a replacement time via the Online Booking system. Cancellation/rescheduling of a Coaching Session with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your session for that month. No show for a Coaching Session will forfeit that session for the month.
