Jean Graham is the Founding Director of Winter Architecture, a practice recognised for award-winning, context-driven residential and commercial projects across Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania, with offices in Fitzroy and on the Surf Coast.

She leads the studio with a thoughtful, flexible approach, creating designs that balance craft, innovation, and site responsiveness. Her career spans teaching and advocacy, shaping her approach to practice and the profession.
​
She teaches a final-year Master of Architecture studio at Deakin University and co-curates the Geelong & Surf Coast Architects Group. Newly elected to the ArchiTeam Board, Jean champions small practices, emerging architects, and collaboration across the profession.
