But what often develops is something much deeper.
Through our in-person experiences, members get to connect with others who understand the realities of running a creative business.
They share experiences, learn from each other, build connections, and feel part of a community that’s honest, generous and genuinely supportive.
TDC Member Rewards has been created as a genuine thank you to the members who continue to invest in their business, their growth and this community.
It means so much to us that our members have continued to return, not just for further learning, but for the shared experiences that sit at the heart of everything we value at TDC.

TDC Member Rewards is a way for us to give something meaningful back, while supporting you to keep building a business that feels clearer, stronger and more sustainable.

How it works
TDC Member Rewards has been designed to recognise the way our members continue to invest in their business, their learning and their connection to the TDC community.
From the official launch date, every purchase you make with TDC will earn Reward Points.
Each Reward Point is equal to $1, which can be used towards future TDC services*.
For example, if you spend $1,000 with TDC, you’ll earn 50 Reward Points, giving you $50 to redeem against future TDC purchases.
Your Reward Points will be added to your account once payment has been received and will be valid for 24 months from the date they’re issued.
How you use your Reward Points will depend on your Reward Level. All members can use points towards selected coaching and learning opportunities, while Platinum Rewards Members receive greater flexibility across our TDC offerings.
*Minimum redemption amount is 100 Points.

Reward Levels
TDC Member Rewards has two levels with different ways to redeem your rewards.
All TDC members earn Reward Points with every TDC purchase.
For every $100 spent with TDC, you’ll receive 5 Reward Points.
Each Reward Point equals $1, which can be used towards selected TDC coaching, Group Coaching and Online Courses once you’ve reached the minimum redemption balance.
Your Reward Points will be added to your account once payment has been received and will be valid for 24 months from the date they’re issued.

Level 1: Member Rewards
Members who spend $10,000 or more with TDC in a calendar year will be welcomed into Platinum Rewards.
Platinum members receive greater flexibility, with the ability to use Reward Points across all TDC services, programs, events and experiences.
This includes coaching, Group Coaching, Online Courses, workshops, events, retreats and design trips.
Platinum status applies for the remainder of the calendar year in which you qualify, and the following calendar year.

This helps us set up your Rewards profile, track your Reward Points, and provide a more personalised member experience.
We also ask for your birthday, day and month only, so we can send you a birthday message or occasional Rewards offer.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe from general marketing communications at any time.
How To Redeem Your Rewards

Points
Every time you make a purchase at TDC, we'll add your Reward Points to your profile.
You can check out your Rewards Balance via your Member Profile.

Let us know when you want to redeem your Reward Points towards a TDC purchase by filling out the form.

Redeem Your Rewards
We'll either send you a Rewards Code to apply at payment (for online purchases) or we'll deduct the Reward Dollars from your invoice (for larger purchases like Programs, Trips and Retreats)
