Discover financial freedom

We’re all imprinted with a set of beliefs about money that will significantly impact our relationship with finances throughout our life.

These beliefs and the stories that support them come from a variety of sources, including family, schools, friendship circles, religions, and wider society as a whole. Often, parts of our makeup that we can’t control, such as our sex or cultural background, can be accompanied by a strict set of spoken and unspoken rules around money.

Whilst some beliefs can be empowering, many are limiting and are deeply rooted in a lack of self-belief and self-worth. Feelings of shame, guilt and hopelessness can be inextricably tied to any conversations about earning, charging, saving and even spending. Such thought patterns cause, at best, disempowering behaviours such as avoidance and submissiveness, or, at worst, can have devastating consequences on an individual’s financial health and security.

A healthy money mindset

As business owners, a healthy relationship with money is not an option. It’s a requirement. Recognising outdated, harmful beliefs about money can help business owners change the way they think, act and operate, and can help them take control of their financial destiny.

Trained psychotherapist Rebekah Key works with clients to delve deep into their conscious and unconscious mind to uncover patterns of behaviour that don’t serve their hopes and ambitions.

About Rebekah

Rebekah is a registered psychotherapist specialising in exploring conscious and unconscious realms of the human mind. Practising in the tradition of Depth Psychology, as pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, she explores the depths of the human psyche, and helps individuals and organisations peel back the layers of past conditioning and cultivate increased awareness, alignment, and authentic self-expression.

Rebekah has a particular interest in the psychology of money and the important role it plays in the lives of individuals and society as a whole. She works with clients to support the understanding their own unconscious money complexes, and in cultivating greater awareness around their relationship with money. Rebekah believes that a conscious relationship with money has the potential to lead to greater freedom, fulfilment and alignment in life.

Rebekah has a private practice in Queenstown, New Zealand, where she works with clients from across the country.
